Mid-Career Leadership Initiative

This is a six session course which is available to nominees chosen by the Dean’s office who are considered prospects to become Division heads or Chairs of an academic department either here or at other AHCs.

This two day seminar is designed to assist physician administrators and hospital administrators in developing the necessary leadership skills to function more effectively individually and collectively within the health care system.
