NCOA - You Have the Power to Prevent a Fall video

The National Council on Aging recently released a video showcasing 4 classes/programs that have been proven to help older adults improve strength/balance while empowering them to decrease their own fall risk.  The four programs discussed include: A Matter of Balance, Stepping On, Tai Chi, as well as the OTAGO Exercise Program.
