Pre-arrangements for donation of your body to UNC School of Medicine:
Call the Medical Science Teaching Labs at UNC at 919-966-1134. They will send you an information packet with 3 forms that must be returned. When the lab receives your filled out forms, they will send you a confirmation letter along with 2 donation cards. You keep these in your wallet or purse and notify your family that you have these cards.

To donate medical equipment call the information line at the Orange County Department on Aging - 919-968-2087.
