Note: Reason for the Registration Portal at the Entrance to this Module: The Memory Disorders Training Module was created for a medical student target audience. Medical students at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill doing their rotation through the psychiatric service can take the web course for extra credit. The registration portal at the beginning of the module is to enable the professor to give students credit for the course. Anyone can register and access the material however. Registering does not obligate anyone in anyway.
