Web Site Puts NC AHEC Resources at Your Fingertips

Historically, regional North Carolina Area Health Education Center (NC AHEC) offices and the AHEC Digital Library have been leaders in development efforts to provide online support to the state’s health care professionals. These efforts are strengthened by the online portal for continuing education and training titled MyAHEC.

What is MyAHEC?

MyAHEC is a statewide online service providing personalized services and resources to North Carolina’s health care professionals. It combines resources from the nine AHEC regional offices and makes them available on a single Web site to a statewide audience. The resources vary and are designed to provide the services and information required by each individual user based on their relationship(s) to AHEC. MyAHEC currently provides services and resources to continuing education participants, presenters, and anyone wishing to receive AHEC marketing materials.

Go to for an overview of the site. You do not need an account to search the calendar, but will need an account to track your continuing education credits. There is no charge for establishing an account. New features are always being planned for and added to the MyAHEC Web site, so check back frequently to find out how MyAHEC can serve you.
