DAHS Research Faculty and PhD Students:

Get ready to give your research creativity a spark! The DAHS Office of Research (OOR) is pleased to announce that our exciting lineup of Fall DAHS research forums will kick off September 27.

Mark your calendars for these lunch-and-learn events (we provide the lunch!), where you can learn innovative techniques and explore research possibilities presented by a strong roster of speakers from DAHS and beyond.

In September, come learn about a research program focusing on health care transitions. In October, find out more about UNC's Creativity Research Hubs from UNC's Chancellor for Research Terry Magnuson and Associate Vice Chancellor for Research Joyce Tan.

The November forum is another you won't want to miss! There, we will launch our new Sleep Innovation Pilot Grant program.

Later this week we’ll be sending you an Outlook meeting notice for the October and November forums, just to help you make sure that the forums make it into your busy schedules.

We welcome your thoughts on the forums, so don’t hesitate to reach out to me or to Richard Faldowski, Chair of the 2017-2018 research forums, with ideas. And as always, we in the OOR look forward to your continued research success!
