Project ACT NOW is a research study focused on understanding the effects of aging and exercise intervention on adults with cerebral palsy (CP).  We are committed to promoting health and health education in adults with CP, and have a strong focus on preventing the development of secondary conditions in these adults. Through Project ACT NOW we hope to learn more about the overall health of adults with CP and to implement an aquatic exercise program that will improve their overall wellbeing.
