Do I need a referral from a physician?
In the state of North Carolina you do not need a prescription  from a physician  to see a Physical Therapist. Your insurance carrier may require a physician referral so it is important for you  to check with the insurance company  if you   do not have a prescription.
Currently Medicare Requires a Physician Prescription Before Starting Any treatment

Your first visit!
Please bring your insurance card and doctors prescription.
We will perform an initial evaluation  to determine what the particular issues are and how they ave affecting your life. A treatment will be developed including exercises and activities that you can do to enhance your road to better health.
The initial visit will last approximately 45 minutes. Follow up visits will last 30 minutes or more depending on your particular treatment.
