Jennifer Newman, MSPT
Jennifer Newman graduated from Ithaca College with her master’s in physical therapy in 2003. She has worked in a variety of settings throughout her career including inpatient rehab, outpatient rehab and completed a pediatric physical therapy residency and LEND fellowship in 2011 at Oregon Health and Science University's Child Development and Rehabilitation Center. She has been a part of the UNC Health Care Pediatric Physical Therapy Team since 2011. She provides physical therapy services at UNC in a variety of settings including both traditional outpatient physical therapy and aquatic therapy. She also provides care across the life course to individuals with bleeding disorders at UNC Hemophilia and Thrombosis Clinic. Jennifer is a member of the Physical Therapy Working Group for the National Hemophilia Foundation and is the state representative for the Aquatic Therapy section of the American Physical Therapy Association.
