Welcome to the UNC Division of Physical Therapy faculty clinic website. University Physical Therapy (UPT) is staffed by faculty members of the UNC-Chapel Hill graduate physical therapy program. Our therapists average more than 20 years of clinical experience and look forward to serving you. The UNC-Chapel Hill Division of Physical Therapy is dedicated to the advancement and dissemination of knowledge in Physical Therapy within the context of Physical Therapy professional education, direct clinical services to the public, and interdisciplinary research. Our interdependent model of research, education, and clinical services prepares leaders who will improve the quality of life of individuals and their communities.

In the event of inclement weather, University Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy can and will alter its hours or close to ensure the safety of its patients, clinicians, and staff. Please check here for updates, or call our answering service at (919) 732-6600 and listen for an inclement weather message. Information regarding any changes will be posted by 9 a.m. of the affected day. (Clinicians will contact earlier patients individually.)  If you cannot or will not make your scheduled appointment time, please leave a message so that you can be removed from the schedule.
