Registration is limited to a maximum of 16 participants. Incomplete documentation/payment will delay registration processing.


We can only accept checks for registration payments. 
We do not accept credit card payments. 
The Tax Identification Number for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is:  400028.

Payment (by check) is required for each participant. (Seminar fee - TBD)

Seminar fee includes 2 1/2 days of instruction, access to state-of-the-art equipment, resources and course materials, one dinner, refreshments during breaks, and shuttle service to/from designated hotel and seminar site.

Payment is required in advance, but is refundable (less a $50 processing fee) if cancellation is made five weeks prior to seminar deadline (April 13, 2018). Cancellations after the deadline or failures to attend will not receive a refund. Substitutions are allowed, but as a courtesy we ask that you notify us so that we may prepare appropriate course materials.
