General Information

Register online or via the mail-in form. Payment may be made with either a credit card or a check. The seminar fee schedule is posted on the registration sheet. Fees include instruction time, course materials, one lunch (if registered for Sunday), refreshments during breaks, and shuttle service to/from designated hotel and seminar site. Registration is limited to a maximum of 20 participants on Thursday and 30 participants on Friday and Saturday. Minimum participant registration restrictions also apply.

Confirmation

You will receive a registration confirmation by email. If you have not received an email confirmation five weeks prior to the seminar, please email Valerie Tan.

Cancellations/Substitutions

Payment is required in advance but is refundable (less a $50 processing fee) if cancellation is made at least five weeks prior to the seminar deadline (April 1, 2020). Cancellations after the deadline or failures to attend will not receive a refund. Substitutions are allowed, but as a courtesy, we ask that you notify us so that we may prepare appropriate course materials.
