Dr. Johnson practices as a clinical audiologist at the UNC Hearing and Communication Center (UNC-HCC), a faculty clinic in Chapel Hill. She provides adult diagnostic and aural rehabilitative services, with specialization in hearing and assistive technology. As clinical manager at the UNC-HCC, she oversees daily operation, technology updates, and processing of orders and supplies. With the UNC-HCC serving as a formative training site for UNC’s doctoral students, Dr. Johnson also provides clinical education and one-on-one student supervision on site and at a local retirement community. Dr. Johnson also enjoys leading group aural rehabilitation classes with patients and their families, as well as community presentations on hearing health care and technology.
Dr. Johnson is a licensed audiologist in the state of North Carolina, a fellow of the American Academy of Audiolgy and is Board Certified with the American Board of Audiology.
