Dr. Winslow Warren joined the faculty of the Division of Speech and Hearing Sciences at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill in 2006. Her primary responsibilities include clinical and classroom teaching of doctoral students in audiology, as well as direct patient services at the Hearing and Communication Center. Her academic responsibilities include teaching Characteristics of Amplification and Hearing Aid Fitting and Dispensing. She is also the Coordinator of Clinical Education, overseeing the clinical component of the UNC Au.D. program.
Dr. Winslow Warren provides on-going clinical services, including adult diagnostics, hearing aid fitting, FM fitting, and the selection and fitting of hearing protection devices. Dr. Warren is licensed to dispense hearing aids in the state of North Carolina, a member of the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA), and is a fellow in the American Academy of Audiology (AAA). She also serves as Clinical Director for the Healthy Hearing discipline within the North Carolina Special Olympics.
