Welcome to the UNC Department of Allied Health Sciences, a nationally recognized leader in allied health education, research and clinical practice. Established in 1970 with a handful of faculty and a total of 105 students, the department is now home to 18 accredited degree and certificate programs in 7 different professional disciplines, with a current enrollment of over 400 students.
