Admissions Made Simple - MS-SLP Program

 

  1. Fill out the online application and submit your payment by Midnight December 15, 2009. If you don’t pay on line, the check must be made out to UNC-Chapel Hill and postmarked BY Midnight, December 15, 2009 to the Graduate School Admissions Office CB #4010- The remaining documents must be submitted by December 23, 2009.
  2. Submit 1 official transcript to the Graduate School Admissions Office . It is acceptable to wait until your fall grades are posted to do this. CB# 4010.

  3. IF at all possible- Gather your official transcripts, and letters of recommendation from your teachers and send them directly to me in 1 envelope – 1033 Bondurant Hall  321 S. Columbia Street -  CB # 7120 - Chapel Hill, NC. 27599-7120 ATTN: Ina Diana


The ideal situation is for your recommenders to send the sealed and signed  recommendation letters to YOU and then YOU send them to me. If they refuse to do that it will be acceptable to have them send the letters directly to me at the above listed address CB#7120 Attn: Ina Diana

If your grades will not be posted by Dec. 15th, send me an unofficial transcript and have your institution send the official transcript with fall grades directly to me when they are posted – SAME ADRESS AS ABOVE: Attn: Ina Diana

If you are taking only pre-requisite coursework now and those courses will not show up on your transcript until grades are posted send a verification of enrollment  listing your coursework and then have your transcript sent when grades are posted.

 

 
Please complete and submit the Allied Health Sciences departmental scholarship application  and your FAFSA when you submit your online applicaton so that you may be considered for merit and need based assistance
