Requirements/Grading

Requirements for completion of AI:

1. Attendance
2. Completion of AI Log (*)
3. Discharge summary reviewed and signed by attending (*)
4. Passing evaluation from preceptor

(*) The completed AI Log and Discharge Summary need to be given to Dr. Deb Bynum at the end of the rotation in order to receive credit for the course. 

Grading

1. Final grade will depend upon all requirements being met
2. Final grade will be determined by the Attending physician at the AHEC site with whom the student receives an evaluation
3. Evaluations are encouraged to be done face to face in order to provide feedback for your future role as an intern
