Fall Weekend 2011

Thanks to all who were able to attend the Fall Medical Alumni Weekend on October 28 and 29, 2011. Although the temperatures outside were cold, the food and fellowship were warm at the Friday banquet and at UNC's football game versus Wake Forest on Saturday. The final score - UNC 49, Wake Forest 24.  Congratulations, Tar Heels!

Spring Weekend 2011

This year's Spring Medical Alumni Weekend was held April 8-9, 2011 in Chapel Hill, NC. Thanks to all our alumni who were able to make it to Chapel Hill for the weekend. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the Rizzo Center and a wet but enjoyable reunion event at the Carolina Inn.

Classes from years ending in "1" and "6" celebrated reunions on April 9, 2011 as part of the Spring Medical Alumni Weekend. The Class of 1961 was especially honored to observe their 50th year reunion. Class campaign results are available below:

UNC School of Medicine 8th Annual Charity Golf Classic

The UNC School of Medicine 8th Annual Charity Golf Classic to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation was held on Saturday, April 9 at Finley Golf Course. The Tournament was a Captain's Choice format open to alumni, spouses, faculty, students and guests. We look forward to seeing you for next year's tournament!
