Forms and Fees

UNC investigators should download and complete the appropriate forms (in Microsoft Word) and email the forms to the facility director for project initiation. Service descriptions and fees are indicated on the forms. Contact Dale Cowley with any questions. Non-UNC investigators: please contact Dale Cowley to discuss project options and pricing.

Gene-Targeted Models Service Request Forms
UNC investigators requesting gene-targeting and related services must fill out the appropriate forms and email to the facility director.
Transgenic Services Request Form
This form is required for projects involving pronuclear microinjection services for transgenes and BACs.
