RxVote Campaign Night #2

AMSA is taking part in a national non-partisan campaign this fall to improve the health of all Americans by increasing voter registration and the civic engagement of both health workers (this includes us) and patients, especially those coming from underrepresented communities. As medical students, practically what this means is that AMSA nationwide will be working through community health centers, clinics, and hospitals to reach out with voter registration. AMSA@UNC will be doing our part in RxVote campaign by registering voters every Wednesday night at SHAC until the October 10th deadline. We will be setting up a table from 6-8PM each evening in front of the clinic with voter registration forms and participants will be on hand to answer any registration questions and to collect completed forms.

You do not have to be an official AMSA member to take part in this important community service and civic duty!
