Point of Care Ultrasound and Focused Assessed TTE Course “The University of North Carolina School of Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of 8.7 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits”

Welcome to the POINT OF CARE ULTRASOUND AND FOCUSED ASSESSED TTE COURSE, with low faculty student ratio of 1:4 with primary emphasis on learning the hands-on skills for image acquisition and interpretation. The course will take place in a specially designed medical skills simulation lab, using a combination of live models, high-fidelity simulators, and experienced physician faculty and medical sonographers.

This course meets the requirements of the American Board of Anesthesiology Maintenance of Certification (MOCA) and MOCA 2.0 for lifelong learning and self-assessment (part 2).
