What’s the best thing about living in Chapel Hill?
I love the classic small college town feel, because there’s lots of energy and things to do—good food, bars, and college basketball.  Another big positive is the proximity to other places, i.e. the beach, Charlotte and the mountains, which are all 2-3 hours away.
What's the best part about the UNC Anesthesiology program?

The people and the culture.  It’s a very supportive and collaborative environment and everyone gets along well.

The year-round, temperate weather is great and being a part of UNC basketball and the Tarheel community is a ton of fun.  It’s hard to beat catching a game at the Dean Dome.
What’s your favorite bar/restaurant in the area?

There’s a bunch of solid breweries and restaurants around the Triangle, but if forced to name a few I would say Kipos Taverna on Franklin Street, Fullsteam Brewery in Durham, and ACME in Carrboro.

What’s the best thing about living in Chapel Hill?
My favorite thing about the area is getting outside.  There are tons of hiking and biking trails and outdoor patios to meet up with friends.  Durham has a minor league baseball team, the Durham Bulls, who have a great outdoor stadium right in downtown Durham where it is always a fun time to catch a game!
