AOE Dynamic Work Group:  Mentorship

Develop a process whereby the AOE becomes a resource for mentorship and educational consultations.

Refined Goals of the Work Group:

1. Decide who we would serve—AOE members or all faculty (resource to whom)
2. Who would serve as mentors

Action Items with Dates and Responsible Individuals:

1. Develop a database of expertise, including institutional resources
2. Define ways to demonstrate excellence in teaching (re: promotion), what constitutes excellent teaching
3. Identify needs(encounter form)
