Committee's Charge: This committee will research the career development needs of the teaching faculty and resources that can be used to meet those needs.  The committee will also create a Continuing Education Program in Medical Education for faculty leading to a Certificate in Medical Education that can be used to recognize an area of excellence for promotion and tenure.
