Nomination and Application Process

Nominations and Applications:

Nominations and subsequent applications for selection as Fellows, Associate Fellows and Senior Associate Fellows will be solicited in the last few months of each calendar year. Nominations are made by department chairs by emailing the faculty names to either Dr. Cross or Dr. Rao. Interested faculty should speak with their chairs about being nominated.

Associate Fellows :

  • January 5, Monday – call for nominations goes out to chairs and to all faculty. • March 17, Tuesday – Selection Committee election meeting. New members selected.
  • March 24, Tuesday – letters go out from the Dean informing new members. This letter also informs them of the date for the banquet but a formal banquet invitation comes to them shortly thereafter.
  • May 13, Wednesday – Banquet This will need to fit with Deans’ calendars and could be another date that week.
