On October 9, 2015 from 10 to 1 PM in the Children's Hospital Lobby, we will distribute t-shirts and have materials available about gender violence.
Thank you for helping to make our 11th annual Carolina Men Care campaign a success! Last year we collected 676 signatures of folks taking a stand to end gender violence and hope to increase that number this year.
We continue to encourage all men from UNC Health Care and beyond, to sign a pledge to stand up and speak out against family violence. We welcome everyone to come out in support of this campaign in which men say that abuse is wrong and there are other ways of acting. We hope you will spread the word about this initiative to others in your department or division, as well as communities and families.

This event will provide resources, activities and FAQs to educate healthcare providers about the seriousness of family violence. Health care providers play an important part in responding and advocating as a community to end domestic violence.
