Please include in your emailed room request:

• day and date of your meeting/class (i.e., Thursday, 12/18/08)
• start and end time (i.e. 12:00am to 2:00pm)
• number of people attending (remember to include instructor/meeting lead in the count)

3007: MAIN CONFERENCE ROOM

• equipped with whiteboard and screen
• multiple seating arrangements available:  classroom (20-25), conference (15-18), lecture/seminar (up to 50)
• located on the Northeast side of the building next to the stairwell

3009: EAST CONFERENCE ROOM

• equipped with whiteboard and screen
• accommodates 4-6 people seated around oval table
• can accommodate 1-2 additional seats on the side
• if using projector, recommend scheduling for 4-6 people
• located on the Northeast side of the building next to the Main office

3081: WEST CONFERENCE ROOM

• equipped with screen
• accommodates 6 people seated around oval table
• if using projector, recommend scheduling for 4-5 people
• located on the Southwest side of the building next to the West Kitchen

3095: NORTHWEST CONFERENCE ROOM

• equipped with whiteboard and screen
• accommodates 10-12 people seated around table
• can accommodate an additional 2-3 seats along the walls
• if using projector, recommend scheduling for 10-12 people
• located on the Northwest corner of the building
