We're Moving in Fall 2008
The Department of Biochemistry & Biophysics will move to the New Genetic Medicine Building.
Genetic Medicine building
Later this fall our department will move into the new Genetic Medicine building located on 121 Mason Farm Road. At over 330,000 square feet, it will be one of the largest facilities on campus. The seven-story state-of-the-art structure will contain five laboratory floors and house researchers from UNC School of Pharmacy and three UNC School of Medicine departments: Biochemistry & Biophysics, Genetics, and Pharmacology. Our department will be the first to move into the new facility.
