We're Moving in 2008
The Department of Biochemistry & Biophysics will move to the New Genetic Medicine Building.
New Genetic Medicine Building
Later this year our department will move into the new Genetic Medicine Building located on Mason Farm Road. At over 330,000 square feet, it will be one of the largest facilities on campus. The seven-story state-of-the-art structure will contain five laboratory floors and house researchers from UNC School of Pharmacy and three UNC School of Medicine departments: Biochemistry & Biophysics, Genetics, and Pharmacology.
