Brain

Automated tissue segmentation, labeling, spatial normalization, altas building, cortical thickness analysis, and longitudinal development and aging study; DTI fiber tracking, altas building, and tensor-based disease diagnosis; Indentification of subtle brain structural differences in early stage brain diseases (i.e. MCI).
Breast

Automated segmentation of parenchyma or tumor regions; Separation between benign cancer and malignant cancer; Registration between multimodality breast images, or images accuqired at different time.
Cardiac Diseases

Automatic estimation of cardiac fiber structure and motion
