The is located on the 1st floor of the Burnett-Womack building, which is to the left of the Memorial Hospital entrance, as indicated in the map above.

• From the visitor parking deck (7 on the map) – proceed to the building just left of the Memorial Hospital – Burnett-Womack.
• Enter the lobby and enter the clinic through the door to the left of the elevators. 
• The receptionist/waiting room will be to your left.
