how do I use the The Carolina Center for Clinical Trials to conduct study visits ?

If you are interested in using CCCT services to see your study patients, please email our clinic at ccct@med.unc.edu.

Does the The Carolina Center for Clinical Trials require its own protocol review process?

No—only IRB approval. CCCT staff will meet with PIs and coordinators at the beginning of the trial to ascertain study specifics.

What nursing services are available for my trial?

Our nursing staff will perform phlebotomy, EKGs, infusions, IV insertions, and PK studies. If you need services outside the scope of those mentioned, however, please feel free to ask.

Has the The Carolina Center for Clinical Trials Obtained a CLIA Waiver?

Will the The Carolina Center for Clinical Trials apprise me of new studies in my field of specialty?

No, the CCCT is an outpatient facility only.
