Patient Scheduling

 

If you already have a study with the The Carolina Center for Clinical Trials and would like to schedule a study patient, please submit the following information:

  • To accommodate the needs of the School of Medicine, please note the following clinic schedule restrictions:

    • May 02, closed 12:00 PM

    • May 26, closed all day

    • May 30, closed 12:00 PM

    • June 27, closed 12:00 PM

    • July 28, 29, 30 and 31, closed 12:00 PM

    • August 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, closed 12:00 PM

  • If this is the first patient you are scheduling for this study you must meet with Jennifer Rees (6-1438) at least 3 days prior to the patient appointment.
  • We must have at least 72 hours notice for all PK visits greater than 2 hours and are unable to accommodate Friday PK studies longer than 4 hours.

  • For afternoon appointments please call 6-1404 prior to contacting your patient to schedule a visit.

  • If you need to cancel an appointment, please email ccct@med.unc.edu
