- Regulatory Document Preparation: The CCCT staff can assist you with the preparation of the IRB application, sponsor regulatory package, Investigational Drug Service request, budget negotiation, Office of Clinical Trials request form, internal budget and Internal Processing Form.
- Study Coordinating services: The CCCT can provide study coordination services for your trial, if needed.
- Research Referral: As the point of first contact by a sponsor, we will forward information regarding new studies to interested investigators. If you would like to receive information about clinical trials in your area of interest, please complete this brief form.
- Fees: Please feel free to call us to discuss budgeting for each of the following services based on your needs: these vary contingent upon protocol design (ie. number of visits, anticipated enrollment, etc.).
- Regulatory Package: Up to $4500, varies by budget.
- Study Implementation Services: $50 for the first hour; $25 for each additional hour or portion thereof; Infusion fee of $35.
- Coordinator Services: Variable depending on the acuity of your study.
