TeamSTEPPS Implementation & Performance Dashboard

The TeamSTEPPS Implementation and Performance Dashboard represents programmatic measures and teamwork-related outcomes.  The Unit Participation section shows TeamSTEPPS spread across the organization from 3 pilot areas to 19 clinical areas in 4 years as well as the percent of units maintaining 85% staffing levels of trained individuals.  The next section represents TeamSTEPPS units versus non-TeamSTEPPS units reaching the 90th percentile on AHRQ's Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture (HSOPSC) components related to teamwork.  The final section represents perception of TeamSTEPPS units versus non-TeamSTEPPS units on teamwork-related items of the UNC Health Care Employee Opinion Survey.
