May 2013 – Second-year graduate students Leigh Ann Samsa and Lin Xiao have each been awarded a travel grant provided to the McAllister Heart Institute by the Sabin Family Foundation. Leigh Ann recently joined the lab of Dr. Jiandong Liu and Lin is mentored by Dr. Drew Dudley. Both are students in the cell and molecular physiology graduate program.
