The mission of the Center for Excellence in Research and Treatment of Bipolar Disorder (CERT-BD) is to provide evaluation and treatment for individuals who suffer from Bipolar Disorder. CERT-BD’s compassionate team of caring clinicians and psychiatrists provides a strong foundation for patients and their families to learn how to manage bipolar disorder and prevent relapse. CERT-BD is also dedicated to educating patients, families, and mental health professionals on the issues and concerns of Bipolar Disorder.
