Medical-legal death investigation is a vital function in all civilized societies. Physicians, RNs, PAs, EMT Personnel, Law Enforcement, and other groups have important roles to play in this process. This course is designed to provide an intensive introduction to individuals beginning their involvement in such investigations, as well as a useful review for those already involved. This course will cover the basic principles involved in death investigations and review various mechanisms of injury that cause deaths under medical examiners jurisdiction.
This course is intended for Physicians, RNs, PAs, Law Enforcement Officers, Emergency Service Providers, and other agencies and individuals involved in medical legal death investigations.
