The Small Animal Imaging Core of the Biomedical Research Imaging Center (BRIC) provides advanced in vivo imaging on animals, including MRI, PET, SPECT, CT, ultrasound, and optical imaging, with the state-of-the-art instrumentation and experienced staff.  The talk will be focusing on applications of these imaging techniques for a wide range of biomedical research including cancer, cardiovascular, neuroscience, and other research studies that can be benefit from imaging tools.

The Animal Studies Core makes available a central facility staffed by skilled technicians to promote reproducible experimentation in laboratory animals for UNC Investigators. This presentation will detail the services we provide to the research community.
