carrying shRNA or cDNA cargoes are available and are based on the

TRC1 and the ORFeome V8.1 libraries, respectively. The libraries are cataloged as single lentiviral-vector shRNA and cDNA clones, and target ~16,000 human and mouse genes. Each gene is targeted by 4-5 different shRNAs driven by the U6 promoter. cDNAs are expressed under the control of a CMV promoter. An overview of the technologies and reagents available within the core facility will be presented.
