Student Information

Students report at 6:00 pm to their assigned rooms. Pizza will be served in the room, however, students should bring any beverage or additional food they wish to have.

Your school will register you for a date and provide information on your assigned room. All inquiries about registration should be directed to the representative from your school.

Switching Dates: To switch an assigned date, each student involved will need to send an email agreeing with the switch to the person in your school who handled the registration. Email requests should include the student's name, the name of the person they are switching with, and their discipline. Switch requests will not be accepted unless TWO students from within the same discipline agree to switch dates and have both emailed the required information. Both students will receive a confirmation email stating the new assigned date. NO CHANGES TO ASSIGNMENTS WILL BE MADE AFTER FRIDAY, MARCH 20 AT 12:00PM. Transportation: For those of you who plan to park on campus for the HAICC activity, please check the Medical Campus Map. There are also evening transportation services provided by the Chapel Hill Transit System,and the UNC Point to Point bus services.
