Dr. Bowdish receives faculty development award

Michael E. Bowdish, M.D., of the UNC Division of Cardiothoracic Surgery, has received a $7,500 UNC Junior Faculty Development Award for research. His project, "Evaluation of Partial Task Simulation and a High-Fidelity Cardiac Surgery Simulator in the Training of Cardiac Surgery Residents," is funded from Jan. 1, 2010 to Dec. 31, 2010.
