Description:

This two-day workshop is for any member of the educational team of a student who is deaf or hard of hearing. Participants will receive an overview of the process of mainstreaming, factors to consider when evaluating placement of a student, classroom modifications, and utilization of support staff. Establishing appropriate goals, therapy plans and monitoring progress of students with hearing loss who use manual communication or spoken language will also be addressed.

1. There is NO COST for NC Professionals; $50 for out-of-state attendees
2. Non ASHA CEU’s will be offered for all workshops.
