Parents or guardians who wish to enroll a child to receive therapy services at The Children's Cochlear Implant Center at UNC are asked to contact the program coordinator. An on-site visit and observation of different parts of the program are recommended and we welcome phone calls for questions and information sharing.
No child or family will be refused services on the basis of race, color, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, religion, creed, age, or veteran status.
Please contact the program director, Hannah Eskridge, for tuition information. UNC P&A will bill insurance companies directly for speech-language therapy and aural rehabilitation should specific policies cover these services.
Financial aid programs are available and application can be made at the time of enrollment.
The Children's Cochlear Implant Center at UNC believes that no child should go without services based on financial need. We maintain a portion of privately donated funds for the purpose of providing financial assistance to families who demonstrate need.
For more information about our admission procedures, tuition, and financial aid, please contact the program director.
