Seth Glickman, MD, was named one of two IOM Anniversary Fellows, a program that supports outstanding junior scholars in the field of health science, with a mentorship and a research stipend of $25,000. It is funded by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) Foundation in honor of John A. Benson, M.D., an IOM member and past president and CEO of ABIM. Anniversary Fellows are assigned to a board of the IOM for a two-year period and attend IOM meetings while continuing to work at their academic jobs. The program aims to enable young physicians to participate in the work of the Institute.
