How will I be billed for my evaluation?

 

  • You will receive a bill from UNC P&A for the services provided by your physician and a separate bill from UNC Hospitals for services provided by your voice therapist.
  • It is important to understand that your policy has separate deductibles and co-payments for services provided by the physician (billed through UNC P&A) and for services provided by the therapist (billed through UNC Hospitals).
