Making an Appointment

Appointments may be made either by a referring physician or the individual patient. In either event, call (919) 966-6483 for scheduling.

Patients previously seen at UNC Hospitals should know their patient ID number when making an appointment.

Patients should also bring their ID cards with them to the appointment.

An appointment slip will be mailed to patients, along with instructions on how to change or cancel an appointment.
