Description:
The School of Medicine is recruiting children 8-17 years of age for for a computer administered survey. The UNC Department of Medicine is participating in a research study to learn more about the health-related quality of life during childhood. To do this, UNC will be conducting surveys in children.

This survey involves parents completing a brief questionnaire about their child’s background and general health.

Requirements:  Children recruited for this study must be:
  • between 8 and 17 years of age,
  • able to speak and read English and
  • able to see and interact with a computer screen, keyboard, and mouse.
Time Commitment:
The child participant will complete a computer administered survey that will last about 45 minutes.
Compensation:
Each child will receive a $10 gift card.
