Kelly Bossenbroek Fedoriw, MD

Kelly currently serves as the Associate Director of Medical Student Programs for the UNC Department of Family Medicine.  Kelly coordinates student activities, advises the Family Medicine Interest Group (FMIG) and helps generate interest in Family Medicine as a career.  She is very involved in the success of the FIRST program, which is an accelerated curriculum that gets primary care providers into rural under served communities in North Carolina.  Kelly has experience teaching first and second year medical students and is the Course Director for Community Based Longitudinal Care, a 16-week clerkship for third year students.  She has served as the STFM MSE conference chair and on national committees.  She specializes in innovative educational modalities and provides the Faculty Development Fellowship creative teaching  sessions for participants that can be quickly implemented for improved learner outcomes.
