Are you a new patient?

If you are a new patient without a medical record number please call the clinic at 919-966-0210 to obtain a medical record and schedule an appointment. Medical record number requests cannot be processed via e-mail.

UNC Family Medicine is located on the corner of Manning Drive and US 15-501. You can click here or call 919-966-0210 for directions. There is free parking at Family Medicine and shuttle service to and from the main UNC Hospitals.
