Appointments To schedule an appointment, call us at 966-0210 or Contact the Family Medicine Center via E-mail Office Hours are as follows: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Lab 8:15 am - 5:00 pm) Wednesday 9:30 am - 5:00 pm (Lab 8:15 am - 5:00 pm) Saturday/Holiday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm (Lab 8:15 am - 11:45 am) Sunday Closed Note: On weekdays, the lab closes 12:15 pm - 1:00 pm for lunch. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment to allow enough time to complete any necessary paperwork and/or update insurance information. During your first visit, you will be asked to complete new patient forms. If you are unable to keep an appointment please call us at 966-0210 or Contact the Family Medicine Center via E-mail as soon as possible to reschedule or cancel. E-mail and Voice messages are checked hourly. We request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In consideration of others, patients who repeatedly miss appointments without notice may be limited in their ability to schedule future appointments. Payment Co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, and money owed UNC Health Care for prior services are due at the time of service. Deposits or prepayments are required for some medical, surgical, and diagnostic services. Financial counseling is available upon request. UNC Health Care offers payment plans, a discount for self-pay patients, and a charity care program. A financial counselor can explain these options and determine which programs may assist you. The Center is a "participating" Medicare Provider and accepts Medicaid. Please bring your insurance or managed care card with you at each visit. |
